The Center for Advanced Pediatric & Perinatal Education (CAPE) was founded in 2002 by a generous gift from an anonymous donor.  Since CAPE's inception, our self-funded team has trained individuals and teams of healthcare professionals from around the world, using our methods of briefing, debrifeing, and simulation-based training. In addition, research efforts at CAPE have acted to directly improve patient care. Our advocates have seen the profound excitement that this training elicits in participants and recognize the many benefits that healthcare professionals and ultimately, their patients, obtain from training at CAPE.
